​How Do I Place An Order?
This is a CUSTOM ORDER. Use the photos and your own inspiration to design your Humidor or Traveler. Begin by selecting your box followed by your coverings. If you request something not shown, select the Exclusive option to be contacted by a Designer. Complete your design by adding any customization. It is recommended that you limit customization to two items including a monogram per box.

What is the design process for my custom item?
Once your order has been placed, an email confirmation will be sent. This is a good time for questions and to fine tune your design. Once your design has been created for your humidor, you will be sent a photo proof for approval. Once approved, your design will be sealed and prepped for delivery,

What is a bulk order?
A bulk order is considered 6 or more items. Their is tier pricing and discounts for bulk orders.

Payment and Shipping
Visa, Mastercard, Bank Card, through PayPal (You do not even need a PayPal account as long as you have a working credit card), and PayPal Prepaid.

Guilded Smoke Designs ships worldwide. US and international orders are eligible for free shipping based on the size of the order. All items are sent USPS Priority.

​Secure Ordering & Payment Options
We take our online payment security very seriously, and for this reason we will never store credit card information on our servers. Any and all personal information is kept strictly confidential.
All online payments are made through PayPal merchant services. What this means is that we never see your personal details, or your card details at all. The only information we see is whether or not the payment has been approved or declined.

Returns & Refunds
Returns will be accepted for boxes that don't meet humidor or quality standards which is different than customer design. If your item does not meet expectations or arrives in less than quality condition, Guilded Smoke will accept your item for repair or return for refund within thirty (30) days of reciept. If you find that you need to return an item due to quality, contact us via guildedsmoke@gmail.com for further guidance.
